R. Seelaus & Company, Inc. Hires Co-Heads of Debt Origination and Syndication

Summit, NJ (March 24, 2017) – R. Seelaus and Co., Inc., the New Jersey based broker dealer and Women’s Business Enterprise, is pleased to announce the hire of a new Syndicate and Debt Capital Markets team led by veteran origination and syndication professionals Leslie Graves and Jim Brucia. As Co-Heads, they bring a wealth of experience to the Seelaus team and are charged with developing a robust primary market presence for the firm.

Leslie joins having spent the last five years building the Bank and Finance origination business as a Managing Director at veteran owned firm Mischler Financial Group Inc. Prior to joining Mischler, Leslie worked at Credit Suisse for 26 years as a floating rate note trader and later as a fixed income syndicate professional focused on frequent issuers including agencies, domestic and yankee banks, and corporate MTN issuers.

Jim joins with over thirty years of experience in the corporate bond market, most recently as head of U.S. Debt Capital Markets and Syndicate at BBVA. Prior to that, Jim was Co-Head of Debt Finance for the Americas at HSBC and served in a variety of trading and syndicate roles at JP Morgan and its predecessor organizations.

Jim and Leslie bring to Seelaus a wealth of experience covering the largest and most frequent borrowers in the global marketplace.
