Andrew Khatri

Chief Investment Officer, Seelaus Asset Management

Andrew joined the firm in 2024 as the Chief Investment Officer of Seelaus Asset Management and has more than 20 years of industry experience. Andrew previously spent 13 years at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC. He joined Lord Abbett in 2011 and was named Partner in 2014. Andrew originally served as Director of Global Fixed Income Trading and was promoted to Director of Global Trading in 2019.

Prior to Lord Abbett, Andrew started his career at Wellington Management Company, LLP where he spent five years as a Fixed Income Trader focused on investment grade and high yield credit achieving the title of Assistant Vice President. In 2007, Andrew transitioned to the sell-side and joined Citigroup Global Markets as a V P and Credit Market Trader.

He then went on to build a for-hire buy-side trading desk as the Head of Execution Services at a financial technology firm called MarketAxess. He earned a BS in finance, operations, and strategic management from Boston College.
